Every firm member contribution counts towards the $25,000 contribution limit for the firm. A contribution by the spouse or child of an individual is considered to be a contribution by the individual. There is a $5,000 contribution limit for an individual/family. The $25,000 contribution limit per election for all contributions from members of a law firm includes any contributions by members’ spouses and children. Corporate contributions are not permitted. Contributions are not tax-deductible. If you don't have an employer or are retired, put "NA", and if you are self-employed put "self-employed" in employer and describe your occupation. If you don't have a spouse, put "NA" in the spouse fields.
